Works on Chromebooks, phones, tablets and computers. The first load takes a minute.
First time
- Press Play.
- On the title screen, open Edit Profile and pick your username and skin.
- Go to Multiplayer and join Homeless Shelter.
- Type
/register password password. Next time it's/login password. - Say yes to the texture pack. It gives you modern textures.
Tips
- iPhone or iPad: Share, then Add to Home Screen. It opens full screen like an app.
- Chromebook: click the install icon at the end of the address bar to get it as an app.
- Voice chat works with other browser players. Turn it on in the pause menu.
- Low FPS? Options, Video Settings: lower Render Distance and set Graphics to Fast. Still bad or a black screen? Try the compatibility version.
- Commands: type the start and press Tab to finish it. There's no suggestion pop-up like in newer versions.

Got Java or Bedrock?
Join at sheltr.duckdns.org. Java works from 1.7 to 26.2. Bedrock uses port 19132.
